The name “Lemonade” fit from day one. Bold, fresh, and full of energy. That’s the experience we aim to bring to every brief, whether we’re supporting clients or representing candidates.
We’re proudly queer-owned, people-first, and operator-led. We work across restaurants, bars, hotels, gastro pubs, QSR, and wider hospitality and leisure, supporting everything from senior leadership and operations to marketing, head office, and specialist roles worldwide.

Jason founded Lemonade after years working across the UK and Europe in operational leadership and creative brand roles. His hands-on hospitality background fuels a people-first approach built on honesty, clarity, and culture-fit. Jason leads senior appointments across Marketing, Finance, BOH, BOH, Operations, Talent and People, and sets the tone for Lemonade’s refreshingly human style of recruitment.

Eric Schnur
Recruitment Consultant | Hospitality and Finance Specialist
Eric blends strong hospitality experience with a sharp commercial mindset, enabling him to recruit both operational and finance roles with confidence. From Assistant Managers to Finance Business Partners, he brings pace, transparency, and genuine care to every search. Eric also leads candidate relations, guiding talent through their next steps with support and clarity.

Karolina has deep insight into BOH culture and the intensity of kitchen life.
