Job Description
This role is for a Chef de Partie who takes pride in their section, works clean, and shows up properly for the team. You’ll run your own section during service, support junior chefs, and help maintain high standards every shift.
What you’ll be doing
• Running your section confidently during busy services
• Preparing and executing dishes to spec and consistency
• Supporting Commis and Demi Chefs with training and guidance
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
• Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef
• Helping with prep, ordering, and stock control where required

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi ready to step up
• Solid technical skills and good kitchen discipline
• Calm, focused, and reliable under pressure
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Passion for food and attention to detail
• High standards and a strong work ethic
