Job Description
This role is for a Head of People who actually understands hospitality. You’ll own the people strategy across multiple sites, building great teams, strong leaders, and a culture people want to stay part of. This is hands-on, commercial, and deeply people-first.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading the people strategy across multiple sites
• Partnering with senior leadership to support growth and performance
• Building and embedding a strong, values-led culture
• Overseeing recruitment, retention, succession, and development
• Supporting and coaching GMs and Ops leaders on people matters
• Owning ER, performance management, and compliance
• Driving engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives
• Using data and insight to improve retention and team performance
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in a senior People or HR role within hospitality or multi-site retail
• Strong understanding of high-volume, fast-paced operations
• Confident advising senior leaders and influencing at board level
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
• Calm, credible, and trusted by teams at all levels
