Job Description
This role is for a Coffee Shop Manager who loves great coffee, great people, and a well-run day. You’ll take ownership of the site, lead a small but mighty team, and create a space customers want to come back to again and again.
What you’ll be doing
• Running the day-to-day operation of the coffee shop
• Leading, training, and motivating the team
• Ensuring consistently great coffee and service standards
• Managing rotas, stock, ordering, and deliveries
• Driving sales, efficiency, and guest experience
• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and compliance
• Being present on the floor and setting the tone
What we’re looking for
• Experience as a Coffee Shop Manager, Assistant Manager, or strong Supervisor
• Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality
• Confident people leader with a hands-on approach
• Organised, reliable, and calm during busy periods
• Guest-focused with high standards
• Comfortable managing a small team and daily operations
