About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of brand growth, audience development and event promotion across a growing portfolio of queer-led hospitality and cultural events in Berlin.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone from a hospitality, nightlife or lifestyle brand background who understands how to drive footfall, build community and create commercially successful event campaigns.
You’ll lead marketing across live events, partnerships, social media and brand campaigns, helping grow one of Berlin’s most exciting queer-focused cultural and hospitality platforms.
Key responsibilities
• Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy across events and brand collaborations
• Plan and execute campaigns to drive attendance, awareness and revenue across live events
• Manage Instagram, TikTok and digital channels to grow audience and ticket sales
• Develop partnerships and cross-promotions with hospitality, lifestyle and cultural brands
• Lead influencer and community collaborations
• Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and relevant platforms
• Analyse campaign performance, ticket sales and ROI to optimise activity
• Build and manage email marketing and audience retention strategies
• Ensure strong, consistent brand presence across all guest touchpoints
• Support launches, pop-ups and new venue/event concepts
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years marketing experience within hospitality, nightlife, events or lifestyle brands
• Proven ability to drive footfall, bookings or ticket sales through marketing activity
• Strong social media and content strategy understanding
• Experience running paid social campaigns and managing budgets
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth environments
• Commercially aware with a data-led mindset
• Confident managing multiple projects and live timelines
• Passion for culture, nightlife and community-led events
• Berlin-based with a strong understanding of the local scene
Nice to have
• Event or venue marketing experience
• Experience working with restaurants, bars, festivals or cultural spaces
• Influencer and community marketing exposure
• Graphic/content direction awareness
• Experience with email marketing or ticketing platforms
Salary
€50,000 – €65,000 depending on experience
