Job Description
We’re growing and looking for experienced Recruitment Partners to join Lemonade Recruitment.
This isn’t a typical agency role. No corporate noise, no pointless KPIs and no micromanagement. Just strong recruiters working with great hospitality and lifestyle brands and earning properly for it.
Lemonade is an operator-led recruitment partner supporting some of the UK and Europe’s most exciting restaurant, bar and lifestyle brands. We’re relationship-driven, commercially sharp and focused on long-term partnerships rather than quick wins.
Now we’re looking for experienced recruiters who want autonomy, strong earning potential and the freedom to build something of their own.
The role
This is for experienced recruiters who want full control of their desk and the opportunity to earn significantly more than traditional agency structures allow.
You’ll operate as a Recruitment Partner, building your own client base, managing relationships and delivering quality placements across hospitality and lifestyle brands.
What you’ll be doing
• Building and developing your own client portfolio
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Working closely with founders and leadership teams
• Sourcing and placing management to senior-level talent
• Developing long-term client partnerships
• Representing Lemonade in the market with credibility
• Working collaboratively with the wider Lemonade team

• Experienced 360 recruiters or proven billers
• Hospitality recruitment background ideal but not essential

Earnings & structure
This is a commission-only, high-reward position designed for experienced recruiters who want full ownership of their desk and income.
• High commission on all new business you generate
