This role is for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who actually runs the floor, leads from the front, and keeps standards high even when it’s chaos. You’ll support the General Manager while owning shifts, people, and guest experience like it’s your own place.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading busy services and setting the tone on the floor

• Supporting the General Manager with daily operations

• Coaching, training, and motivating the team

• Ensuring service standards, brand values, and consistency are met

• Handling guest experience issues with confidence and care

• Supporting rotas, stock, cash handling, and admin

• Being visible, present, and calm under pressure

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up

• Confident floor leader with great people skills

• Organised, reliable, and proactive

• Passion for hospitality and genuine guest connection

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments
