This role is for a General Manager who loves building something from scratch. You’ll lead the launch of a brand-new site, taking full ownership from pre-opening through to a strong, successful opening and beyond. This is hands-on, high-impact, and not for someone who wants an easy ride.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the site from pre-opening through to launch and stabilisation

• Hiring, training, and building a high-performing team from day one

• Embedding culture, standards, and brand values before doors open

• Overseeing soft launch, opening weeks, and early trading performance

• Owning P&L, labour, GP, and overall commercial performance

• Working closely with Ops, Head Office, and founders during launch

• Being highly visible on the floor and setting the standard every shift

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a General Manager, ideally with new opening experience

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build teams fast

• Commercially sharp with confidence owning numbers early on

• Calm under pressure and adaptable in fast-changing environments

• Detail-driven with high standards and strong organisation

• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership
