Job Description
This is a leadership role for a Head Chef who knows how to run a kitchen that performs, not just survives. You’ll have full ownership of the food, the team, and the standards, with the trust and autonomy to build something you’re proud of.
What you’ll be doing
• Leading the kitchen day-to-day and setting the tone on every service
• Owning menu execution, consistency, and quality across the board
• Training, developing, and motivating a strong kitchen team
• Managing GP, stock, rotas, and labour with commercial awareness
• Working closely with FOH and senior leadership to deliver a great guest experience
• Keeping the kitchen compliant, organised, and calm under pressure
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
• A natural leader who builds teams, not egos
• Calm, organised, and decisive during busy services
• Strong understanding of food margins, ordering, and cost control
• Passion for good food done properly, without unnecessary theatrics
• High standards, zero tolerance for bullshit
