Job Description
This role is for an Operations Manager who knows how to make multiple sites run smoothly, profitably, and consistently, without killing the culture. You’ll be hands-on, commercially sharp, and obsessed with standards, people, and guest experience.
What you’ll be doing
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple sites
• Supporting and developing General Managers and leadership teams
• Driving performance across sales, labour, GP, and service standards
• Ensuring brand standards are delivered consistently at every site
• Working closely with head office on strategy, growth, and improvements
• Identifying operational issues early and fixing them properly
• Being visible on the floor, not stuck behind spreadsheets
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Area Manager in hospitality
• Strong multi-site leadership and people development skills
• Commercially savvy with a solid grip on KPIs and P&Ls
• Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
• Clear communicator who leads with trust, not fear
• High standards and low tolerance for chaos
