Job Description
This role is for a Social Media Manager who understands culture, not just algorithms. You’ll own the brand’s social voice across platforms, creating content that people actually engage with, share, and talk about, while supporting commercial goals.
What you’ll be doing
• Owning social media channels across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Creating, planning, and publishing content that feels current and on-brand
• Shooting and editing short-form video and day-to-day content
• Managing community engagement, DMs, and comments
• Working closely with marketing and operations on launches, events, and campaigns
• Tracking performance and optimising content based on insights
• Staying ahead of trends and knowing when to jump on them and when not to

• Experience managing social media for a hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brand
• Strong content instincts and a clear understanding of tone and audience
• Confident with short-form video, Reels, and TikTok
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working on-site and capturing content in real environments
• Creative, culturally aware, and commercially switched on
